Deb Seidman has over 25 years experience as a consultant and internal HR manager in global organizations. She is valued for her ability to partner effectively with business leaders to develop practical solutions that improve business performance.  She brings extensive experience in organizational change management, group facilitation, organization design, executive and leadership development, and HR process improvement. Her expertise includes performance management, talent management, and team effectiveness.

Deb's work with clients includes: designing and implementing succession planning, talent management, and performance management processes, developing and delivering customized leadership development programs, and designing and facilitating off-sites, business meetings, and workshops that enable teams to drive change, improve processes, identify business growth opportunities, and establish more effective collaborative practices.  Deb partners with her clients to look holistically at business challenges, define a strategy, develop and then implement practical solutions. 

Deb has been a consultant with the Korn Consulting Group and Organization Resources Counselors, Inc.  For over 18 years at JPMorgan Chase –in both the Investment Bank and Retail businesses- Deb served in several roles including VP of Leadership and Organization Development in JPMC’s Retail Services and in its Investment Bank, VP of Performance Management for JP Morgan, and Senior HR generalist roles for Technology and Global Credit divisions. Prior to joining JPMorgan, Deb worked for the International Labour Office, a specialized agency of the UN, in Geneva, Switzerland

Deb holds an M.A. from New York University in Politics with a concentration in International Politics and Busines and a B. S. from Cornell University in Industrial and Labor Relations.

Susan Heinlein

Susan has over 20 years experience working with companies to develop customer focused growth strategies by aligning resources across the organization, simplifying and improving business processes, and identifying critical actions to improve business results. Her areas of expertise include strategy development and business planning, business performance reporting, pricing, value proposition development and communication, change management and process design and improvement. She has led finance, pricing, and operations teams in financial services and manufacturing organizations.

Previously, Susan was a partner at Korn Consulting Group and spent 10 years at Ameriprise and GE in senior roles.  As SVP Pricing at GE Fleet Services, she developed and implemented pricing strategies that were recognized as best practices across GE. She also led business-wide initiatives to increase employee engagement and improve the organization’s customer focus. Prior to GE, Susan spent 10 years at Honeywell in broad range of Finance roles, including 2 years in Hong Kong at Honeywell Asia Pacific, Inc.

Susan holds an M.B.A. in Finance and Strategic Management from the Carlson School of Business and a B.A. in Business Administration from the College of St. Catherine. She is a Six Sigma certified Master Black Belt.


Sandra Marshall, Ph.D.

Sandra is an organizational psychologist with extensive experience as a management consultant, executive coach, researcher, and internal Human Resources executive.  She helps clients manage their talent pipeline by enhancing their selection, appraisal, development, engagement, retention and succession practices.  She has extensive experience designing and administering data-based interventions such as 360 feedback and other assessments, employment engagement surveys, functional competency models and talent reviews.

Organizations for which Dr, Marshall has consulted include Cisco Systems, the Federal Aviation Administration,  Hewlett Packard, HSBC, ING,  NYU Wagner School of Public Service, and Pfizer.  

Earlier, Sandra worked at PepsiCo, Inc. and at Merrill Lynch. She holds a Ph.D. in I/O Psychology from New York University and a B.A. in Psychology from Queens College. She is a past President of the Metropolitan New York Association for Applied Psychology (METRO). She is a certified executive coach and is trained to administer a variety of aptitude and personality assessment batteries such as the Hogan Leadership Series.  In addition to consulting, she is an Adjunct Professor at NYU where she teaches research methodology to Masters Degree students.


Marian Powell

Marian  has over 25 years experience working with companies to increase customer loyalty, improve process quality, and drive revenue growth. Her areas of expertise are growth strategies, sales and marketing effectiveness, process improvement, change management, and executive coaching. She has led operations, sales and marketing and customer service organizations.

Previously, Marian was a partner at Korn Consulting Group for six years where she built a growth practice and coached executives. Prior to that, she spent 17 years at GE, where her last role was the Global Commercial Director for GE Equipment Services where she was responsible for Sales, Marketing, and pricing for seven businesses with operations in Europe, China and North America. Marian’s industry-leading Client Advisory Boards, new techniques in customer loyalty research, and application of Six Sigma to the selling process were adopted across GE.  She is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt with deep expertise in change management.

Marian holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the Cleveland Institute of Art and an M.B.A. from De Paul University.


Heidi Wooden

 

Heidi is a Business Strategy and Marketing ROI-focused consultant, based in New York City.  With a commitment to excellence in service, Heidi is responsible for formulating and executing metric-based strategies that yield measurable results.  Her roots in Management, Marketing, Sales, and Business Strategy at leading name brand companies and start-up firms have served her well, giving her a unique ability to comprehend the challenges small and  mid-size companies face, and the skills to uncover business growth opportunities.

Previously, Heidi was Vice President, Global Marketing at International Institute for Learning, Inc., with overall management responsibility for the company’s traditional marketing, digital marketing, marketing operations, ecommerce, and sales support disciplines. For 15 years Ms. Wooden was at CCN, Inc., CapitalThinking, Inc., StorageNetworks, USWeb, and AT&T, where she held leadership positions.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts  from University of California, Berkeley, and a Master of Business Administration from Columbia University, Columbia Business School.
